With wiki, you never have to say: NOTE: THIS SITE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. IF YOU DON'T FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE CHECK BACK TOMORROW.

The idea is to create a labor encyclopedia. Recognizing the success of Wikipedia and dKospedia, I suggest Laborpedia, an encyclopedia of labor.

Activism includes working in organization with others in labor unions. This is because Collective Action is one of the few ways that people have to address the inequities and unfairness in the employing practices of bosses.

If the founder of this wiki, Activism is not interested in us using this as a place to explore Labor Issues, we could go to: http://riters.com/TMH2/

I tried going to the http://worksite.org site, but I wasn't getting a webpage, will try later.

Until then friends, please click the edit button and add your thoughts.

"America is at that awkward stage..."

Here is an example of websites that are labor related in some way, this page is a compilation of their seperate RSS feeds on one page, creating a weblog of union relate sites. http://groups.blogdigger.com/groups.jsp?id=964

I link to this off of the CGEU weblog I put together: http://coalitionofgraduateemployeeunions.blogspot.com/

Wiki is so easy to link to anything, check out this article Organizing Like Crazy - we could start to collect peoples writings on organizing and discuss tactics that work.

Best, Mark Dilley
